• The Ticket Exchange Fee is charged per order, not per ticket. 
• Each Ticket Exchange Fee is a single-use fee. If you need to reschedule more than once, each request is subject to the same fee.
• Once your request is received by an EVENTIM representative, you will receive an email with a link to pay the Ticket Exchange fee. The email will be sent to the email address used for the initial order purchase.
