Use the below form to submit a ticket rescheduling request for Harry Potter™: The Exhibition. Please be sure to indicate to which new date and 30-minute entry time you would like to be rescheduled into.

• All rescheduling requests are subject to a Ticket Exchange Fee of $8.00 + applicable tax, as well as any price difference between timeslots.
• Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by EVENTIM.

**ALL REQUESTS TO RE-BOOK YOUR TICKETS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT**

Frequently Asked Questions:

• The Ticket Exchange Fee is charged per order, not per ticket. 
• Each Ticket Exchange Fee is a single-use fee. If you need to reschedule more than once, each request is subject to the same fee.
• Once your request is received by an EVENTIM representative, you will receive an email with a link to pay the Ticket Exchange fee. The email will be sent to the email address used for the initial order purchase.
• If you purchased an Audio Guide, the link to redeem the Audio Guide will remain valid.
