IS THE FESTIVAL FOR ALL AGES?
Yes! Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 10 or younger do not need a ticket to enter.
WILL THERE BE RE-ENTRY?
No re-entry is allowed. Once you enter IOL Fest, you must remain inside the festival grounds.
WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?
A very limited number of reserved parking spaces are available in a parking lot located just 250 meters from the festival entrance. These spots are limited and expected to sell out quickly. Book here.
We also recommend using transportation services such as Uber or taxis to get to Isle of Light.
WHAT ARE THE AUTHORIZED SALES CHANNELS?
The authorized sales channels are Eventim / See Tickets. Please avoid resellers and potential scams. Buy your tickets ONLY through the official sales channels.

¿CUÁLES SON LOS CANALES AUTORIZADOS DE VENTAS?
Los canales autorizados de ventas son Eventim/Seetickets. Evite revendedores y estafas; compre sus boletas SÓLO en el canal de venta autorizado.
¿CÓMO Y CUÁNDO RECIBIRÉ MIS BOLETAS?
Recibirás tu boleta electrónica vía email (al correo que se utilizó para comprar la misma). Todas las boletas serán enviadas previo al festival. A la vez puedes acceder a tu boleta a través de tu perfil en Eventim/Seetickets.
¿PUEDO COMPRAR BOLETAS EN LA PUERTA?
Si el evento no se agota con las boletas de preventa, habrá boletas disponibles en la puerta. Sin embargo, sugerimos no esperar hasta el día del evento para evitar filas y precios más altos que las boletas disponibles en preventa.
