What is a Mobile Ticket?
A mobile ticket is a ticket stored in your smartphone's wallet or accessible via a unique URL. It entitles the ticket holder to access the event - exactly the same as a classic paper ticket does.

Upon completing your order, your mobile tickets will be immediately available to download from the order confirmation page, in the order confirmation email, as well as in your myEVENTIM customer account.

In order to use a mobile ticket, you need a smartphone with an Android, iOS or Windows operating system and a working internet connection.
