Why is there a time limit when I buy my tickets online?
Reservation time limits ensure that tickets can’t be ‘held’ for a prolonged period, so that all customers have a fair chance of getting their hands on the tickets they want.

When you add tickets to the shopping cart, the tickets will be reserved and can’t be purchased by anyone else, unless you remove them from your shopping cart or don’t complete your payment within the given time limit.

It’s also a good idea to create a myEVENTIM customer account before you purchase tickets, as it will speed up the process and help you secure the tickets more easily.
