Why are the seats I’ve selected no longer available after my booking was unsuccessful?
If your booking is unsuccessful when using the Seatmap, the seats you selected may be unavailable for up to an hour afterwards – during which time neither you nor anyone else will be able to pick them again. After this time, the seats will become available to book.

Just to be on the safe side, please double check that your first order didn’t go through – all sales are final (as outlined in our Terms of Purchase) and we are unable to refund any accidental second bookings.
