Why are more seats sometimes available after I’ve made my booking?
It’s not uncommon for tickets to sell out quickly – especially for arena shows and popular events. In some cases, you may notice that additional tickets become available after you’ve placed your order. There are a number of reasons why this could happen:

• When booking your tickets for an event, the odds are that there are a number of other people doing exactly the same as you. When each person selects the tickets they want, these are reserved for a short time to allow payment to be made and bookings completed. If the time limit passes, or someone decides they don’t want to complete their purchase, the tickets they selected will be released and are then available to book again.

• If anyone books over the specified ticket limit for a show, the chances are that we will cancel these orders at the request of the promoter. When this happens, the tickets are put back on sale.

• A further allocation of tickets may be released by the promoter in the run up to the show. These could have originally been retained by the promoter for their own use and are no longer needed, or there may be the capacity to have more seats than originally planned – depending on the stage layout.

In all cases, ticket sales are final – we are unable to cancel, refund, exchange or add more tickets as outlined in our Purchase Policy. Please ensure that you’re happy with your seats prior to placing an order.
