What should I do if my Print@Home Ticket is lost or stolen?
Please contact our customer service team urgently so that we can look into and hopefully resolve this. Send an email to customerservice@eventim.com. Make sure to include your order number and any other relevant information in the email.
We also advise that you report any instances of theft to the police.
