Was my order successful?
1: MyEVENTIM Account
You can find out about the current status of your order in your myEVENTIM customer account.
Once logged in, go to «View all orders». Here you can see the status of your current orders:
• Orders with «Received» status have been successfully received by us and will be processed as quickly as possible.
• Orders with «Being processed» status are being processed and will be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
• Orders with «Shipped» status have already been shipped to you.
• Orders with «Canceled» status were unfortunately not successfully received by us and will not be processed.
The order items and the delivery and billing addresses of your order can be seen by clicking on the order number.
2: Order confirmation e-mail
You will always receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully processed. In rare cases, it can sometimes take up to an hour for this computer-generated e-mail to arrive.
