Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase:

• Check that the email address in your myEVENTIM account is correct
• Check your spam folder, just in case.
• Add info@eventim.com to your safe senders list.

All successful orders will appear in the My Tickets section of your myEVENTIM account. If you cannot find your order in your customer account, then it was most likely not successful.

If in doubt, or if the email address used in the order was wrong, please contact our customer service by emailing us at customerservice@eventim.com.
