Tickets purchased for events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the event has taken place. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for tickets after the event has concluded. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to attend the event as scheduled. Missed events will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, options for refunds or exchanges may be provided.
