Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets for, or otherwise attending, the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions must be read alongside, and are subject to, any applicable terms and conditions of: (i) the venue at which the Event is held (Venue Terms); and (ii) the applicable ticketing agent from whom you purchase a ticket for the Event (Ticket Agent Terms). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the Venue Terms and the Ticket Agent Terms shall take precedence.
Minimum Age
As per ESRB regulations, the event is open to everyone aged 18-years old and older. The event is not open to anyone aged below 18-years-old. Valid photo ID with date of birth (State identification (ID) card, Driver license, passport or any valid ID with photo and date of birth) is required for entry (as determined by BLAST or the venue).
Attending the Event
By attending the Event, you agree that you:
• will comply with the Event rules (as well as these terms and conditions).
• will comply with any notices, warnings or instructions that are displayed or given to you by our staff. Please ask our staff if you have any issues or questions.
• will act and behave in a responsible, sensible and safe manner at all times.
• are responsible for any personal equipment or property that you use during the course of the Event and you will ensure that such equipment or property is in good working order, has been properly maintained and is used safely and in accordance with its instructions.
• are fit to attend the Event.
• will be subject to a search by security for licensing and safety reasons.
Our Responsibility
In the absence of any negligence or breach of duty by us:
• attending the Event is entirely at your own risk.
• use of any equipment or property is entirely at your own risk.
• we are not responsible or liable for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your equipment, property or possessions at our Event.
• you will be liable for any damage or loss caused by you.
Medical Risks
There are risks associated with the Event that we cannot fully remove or mitigate. You should ensure that you are fully aware of the associated risks of attending the Event. This includes the risk of seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy or other similar medical conditions. For accessibility information, please contact Eventim or Friendly Fire.
Recordings of the Event
During the Event, filming, photography and broadcasting may take place, which may capture or record you in images and/or recordings. For information about how your personal information will be used, please see our Privacy Notice. By attending the Event, you grant permission for BLAST or its partners to record and use your voice, image and likeness captured by any means (including using mobile devices, telephones and cameras) during, at or around the Event (including at the venue). This may be used in the broadcast of the Event, as well as advertising, marketing or other commercial means by BLAST, its affiliates and licensees.
Changes to the Event
Although Event schedules may be published in advance, BLAST retains the right to alter the schedule without prior notice. Dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities are subject to change and may be modified or cancelled at any time without notice.
Ticket Sales & Merchandise
All merchandise and other Event-specific perks must be purchased (where applicable) and collected on the day of the Event. Merchandise will not be mailed out if uncollected or purchased incorrectly. All ticket sales & merchandise sales are final. Refund requests will not be accepted if you change your mind. Exchanges for merchandise or other Event specific perks are not available after the Event has taken place. The Event organizer is not responsible for lost or misplaced merchandise items.
Obstructions
Your view of the Event may be partially or fully obstructed at certain times, including by moving broadcast equipment such as camera jibs, mobile camera operations or other broadcast or production elements. BLAST, AEG or the venue reserve the right to amend your seating location if found to be restricted.
Personal Data
We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Please ensure you take the time to read this, as it includes important information. You understand that we do not need your consent when we process your personal data for the purposes set out in our Privacy Notice.
Bag Policy / Non-Permitted Items
The bag policy and the prohibited items will be provided to all guests closer to the event date in the BR6 SLC Major “Event Guide” on R6esports.com.
