Spike Hellis is Cortland and Lainey. The Los Angeles-based electronic duo became fully formed on October 31st, 2019. Following the release of their first EP Crisis Talk in 2020, they self-released their debut full-length under
their imprint Over-Pop in April 2022. They've since toured relentlessly across North America, Europe, and Latin America with no end in sight.
They will be back on the road this fall in support of their upcoming album. Successor arrives August 7, 2026 via Over-Pop. Listen loud or not at all.

Normal Bias
Normal Bias is a pump and dump scheme, mining the most bloodthirsty parts of decades of electronic music and stripping it for parts. They are equal parts techno synth pop and equal parts ruthless venture capital. Composed of Matt W. and Chris C - they are based partially in Atlanta, partially in New York City - two thoroughly evil cities. They have shared stages with Nitzer Ebb, Boy Harsher, Nuovo Testamento, High Functioning Flesh & Phase Fatale. Their debut LP “Kingdom Come” came out in 2024 thru DKA & Synthicide. They are heavier than heaven. Hotter than hell. If they die we all die.
