FESTIVAL GENERAL INFO + FAQ

- All tickets will be available for pick-up at the box office will-call located next to Gate 5. Box Office will be open Fri, May 22-Sun, May 24 from 9am-11pm. Tickets are non-transferable.
Children 10 and under receive free entry into General Admission areas with a paid adult. We’re proud to offer this so families can enjoy the festival together without extra cost. Please note: if a child appears older than 10, staff may ask for proof of age.
For access to the Redwood VIP areas, children ages 4–10 will need a 3-Day Kids VIP Access Ticket. Children 3 and under do not need a ticket for Redwood VIP access.
No Refunds or Exchanges. All Sales Are Final. These tickets purchased are for the California Roots Music & Arts Festival, not for a specific artist or meet & greet experience.
