WAKAAN Music Festival, the brain-child of experimental free-form bass music producer Liquid Stranger launched in 2019 at Mulberry Mountain in Ozark, AR. The festival elevates artists signed to the label WAKAAN and it's affiliate label SSKWAN, along with many other like-minded acts. The festival caters to left of center electronic acts and in its inaugural year, Sold Out in advance. WMF hosts a myriad of electronic artists ranging in genre from free-form bass, dubstep, drum and bass, experimental, downtempo, glitch, future, chill-out and funk. The festival mirrors the ethos of the labels, that every person matters and is apart of the greater collective.
