ABOUT:
Sol Horizon is Sonoma County, California’s best reggae band and Northern California’s premier Bob Marley tribute band. The band was voted “Best Band” in the North Bay Bohemian’s “Best of the North Bay” Reader’s Picks in 2022 and 2023 and awarded the NorBay Award for “Best Reggae Band” in the North Bay 9 times, including the last 5 years in a row and 8 of the previous 9 years. Their renowned Bob Marley tribute pays homage to the global voice of reggae, celebrating his life and legacy through performances of his greatest music. The tribute expands from an 8-piece original music band to a 12-piece band with an additional keyboardist, a female background vocalist, and 2 horns. The band continues to expand its Bob Marley repertoire, from well-known chart-toppers to rarer cuts and versions, mixing subtle musical interpretations and blazing solos to keep the crowd on its toes. Don’t miss this tribute to the worldwide voice of reggae music!
