Internationally touring tribute sensation STRANGELOVE – The Depeche Mode Experience comes to Airport Tavern Music Hall for an exclusive two-night run on December 18th & 19th.
Widely regarded as one of the most authentic Depeche Mode tribute productions in the world, STRANGELOVE goes far beyond simply performing the songs. The band painstakingly recreates the sound, look and atmosphere of Depeche Mode through vintage synthesizers and samplers, multimedia visuals, stage production, costume changes and a performance built to capture the feel of a full-scale Depeche Mode concert.
And because one night simply isn't enough, each Tacoma performance will feature a completely different set.

VIOLATOR + B-SIDES + GREATEST HITS
Night One dives deep into one of the most iconic eras in Depeche Mode history, with STRANGELOVE performing songs and B-sides from Violator, alongside a career-spanning collection of Depeche Mode favorites.
Expect the darkness, atmosphere and massive songs that helped make Violator one of the defining records of the band's career—plus plenty more from across the Depeche Mode catalog.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 19
40 YEARS OF BLACK CELEBRATION
Night Two celebrates 40 years of Black Celebration, the landmark 1986 album that helped define the darker, cinematic sound that would become unmistakably Depeche Mode.
STRANGELOVE will honor the Black Celebration era while taking fans through another completely different journey through Depeche Mode's catalog.
Two nights. Two different sets. One massive celebration of Depeche Mode.
STRANGELOVE is traveling in specifically for this special Tacoma weekend, making these two exclusive performances at Airport Tavern Music Hall a destination event for Depeche Mode fans throughout the Pacific Northwest.
