How early can I arrive at the exhibition?
If you have a timed entry ticket, please do not arrive before your designated time session. You may enter at any time during your session (for example, 11:00 am ticket holders may enter any time from 11-11:30 am). VIP and Flex ticket holders can attend the exhibition on any date and time throughout the run. Anytime Entry tickets allow visitors to attend the exhibition on a specific day at any time during operating hours. Please double check our operating hours on our website to plan your visit.

Please note: unless you pre-pay the ticket exchange option, all rescheduling requests are subject to a ticket exchange fee of $8.00 + tax, as well as the difference for higher priced entry times, if applicable. All requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
How does this exhibit impact guests with sensory sensitivities?
Guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the standard exhibition features ambient music, sound bites from the films, non-strobe flashing lights, motion triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout.
How long will my visit take?
The exhibition is self-guided, and guests should expect to spend 60-90 minutes exploring.
At what age do children have to buy a ticket?
All guests ages 3 and up require a ticket for entry. Children ages 2 and under are free to visit, but will need a complimentary child's ticket to enter.
What age is Harry Potter™: The Exhibition suitable for?
Guests of all ages can experience Harry Potter: The Exhibition, however it is recommended for fans 5 and up. Some immersive elements may be scary for young audiences.
Are strollers allowed in the exhibition?
Due to restrictions within the venue, strollers are not permitted inside the venue.
What if I miss my entry window due to wait times or long lines?
Customer acknowledges and agrees that neither Eventim nor the event organizer is responsible for any delays experienced in entering the event, including but not limited to delays caused by excessive wait times. Under no circumstances shall Eventim or the event organizer be liable for any refunds, compensation, or damages of any kind arising from such delays.
