Timed-entry tickets are sold in 30 minute entry sessions. You may enter at any time during your 30 minute window, however no early entry can be accommodated. Please do not arrive before your session time.

Do children under the age of two need a ticket?
Children under two and sitting on a ticket holder’s lap do not need a ticket to enter.
What are the different seating areas?
We have four price tiers. Ringside is closest to the ring followed by Premium, Preferred, and Big Top.
What is the running time of the show?
Each show runs for approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes including an intermission.
How early should I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of the performance to enjoy pre-show areas that include walk-around entertainment, interactive photo opportunities, food and beverage and retail.
Can I reschedule my tickets for another performance?
Yes, rescheduling requests can be processed if received 48 hours before the original performance's start time. To request a re-booking, please use this form or send an email to customerservice@eventim.com.
Please note: all scheduling requests are subject to a ticket exchange fee of $19.99 per order, as well as any price difference if re-booking into a more expensive event. All requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
